Just taking half an hour to be led through relaxation and breathing in a workshop that is for anyone and everyone.

Take time out to release stress and pressure. 

Improve your physical and mental health. 

The exercises are gentle and accessible for all ages and levels of fitness.

They​ can be done sitting in a chair.

You may know that releasing unhelpful tension and engaging with particular breathing techniques has many health benefits. 

These include: increased levels of oxygen in the blood, reduced anxiety levels and better sleep.
